2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment.
  • Payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways.
  • Touristta Bangladesh reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to operational or external factors.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • VAT and applicable taxes are not included in the listed price and will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

4. Service Delivery

Service delivery timelines depend on the type of service:

  • Inside Dhaka: up to 5 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: up to 10 working days

5. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Touristta Bangladesh will not be liable for issues arising from incorrect details.


6. Limitation of Liability

Touristta Bangladesh shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors including weather, government regulations, or third-party service providers.

Touristta Bangladesh maintains a transparent refund policy to ensure fair service practices.

Refunds are applicable in cases where:

  • Services are not delivered as promised
  • Bookings are canceled under applicable conditions

2. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of submission through the payment system.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank or financial institution.

4. Customer Claim Policy

  • Customers may claim a refund through their card issuer bank within 120 days (for Visa/MasterCard) if the service or product is not delivered.
  • Touristta Bangladesh will provide necessary documentation to confirm service status when required.

5. Non-refundable Conditions

  • Confirmed bookings canceled by the customer outside the permitted cancellation period
  • Services already utilized
